Steven: when you create a project, you define an alias - which is what you call a "folder". Aliases can never collide (Goplan will warn you if an alias is unavailable, and you can pick a new one). We are considering other solutions to this problem, but we're in the thousands of projects mark and thats not a "huge" problem now - but rest assured we will think about that.

We are considering a support forum, yes. It is important for the user community to learn from how others use the product (and it's also good to use as a reference). We'll be looking at forum solutions - expect one up very soon.

I noticed that you create a folder out of the project name that gets added to the goplan URL. What happens if two companies have the same project name?

I'm loving your free version and I'll be looking to upgrade soon.

PS. Will you be creating a support forum?
